Training, Compliance, Quality Assurance

We all know that training and in particular driver training is an essential part of our business, good driver training will bring about a number of efficiencies including a reduced accident rate, less wear and tear on vehicles and improved fuel economy all of which contribute to improving the overall operational effectiveness.

Our training team works with our clients to ensure that the driver trainers are delivering what your organisation needs through a long term quality and assessment program. Our focus is in two key areas, one with the trainers that you use to make sure they consistently meet the required standards and the second part is on behavioural science and your drivers.

Having your vehicles and drivers compliant with National, Local Laws as well as your organisations own operational standards is key to the safe operation of your business, its continuity and its reputation to your customers. Every time a vehicle or driver is taken off the road for non compliance issues, means late deliveries, penalties and fines as well as the hidden cost to the business of all the administrative tasks that need to be done, planning, scheduling, vehicle hire, manpower time and cost for investigations, court appearances.

Quality Assurance

Our quality assurance program focuses on the training that you provide to drivers. Our Training and Compliance Team have a full quality assurance package that examines your trainers every two years and then provides them with globally recognised accreditation demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement in driver training standards.

The training and compliance team is available to provide compliance, assurance or training courses in any location around the globe.
